Pre Sale Questions
At REET, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and/or exchange process for eligible items purchased through our Website. Apparel for Men, Women, and Kids can be returned within 3 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders. Please note that customized items, jewelry, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Complete details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page in your Account.
For international returns, exchanges, or alterations, a return shipping fee of $49 USD will apply. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's price will be charged if the returned items are not in new condition. These fees will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed to your original payment method or REET wallet.
